Considering the renewed focus on health and public safety, we have created a ‘Back-to-Work Plan’ which incorporates best practices according to infection control experts.
Please note: Any appointments made from 10th July onwards are subject to change based on any future government updates
✔ We will operate on an appointment only system on our return – no walk ins
✔ We will stagger customer appointments to ensure our Salon has minimal congestion
✔ We will ensure there is no more than 1 clients in the Salon at any given time. Each client will be seated 1 metre apart.
✔ We encourage the use of applications like Apple Pay & Google Pay, to initiate contactless payments
✔ Correct cleaning supplies and a UV sterilisation lamp which has a 99% anti bacterial rate will be used regularly in the Salon
✔ In the short term, we will not be re – introducing magazines due to our inability to successfully disinfect such items.
✔ No refreshments will be served.
✔ Team members have been re – trained on essential infection control and hand hygiene practices
✔ We promise to care for our customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner
✔ We will uphold safe standards while dealing with responsibilities at reception
✔ Gloves, masks and other appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be worn during services where required
✔ All team members are certified in the Covid 19 Health & Safety course for Hair and Beauty professionals
✔ We will greet you warmly but without a handshake or personal contact
✔ Anti bacterial hand sanitiser will be provided on arrival, please use as directed
✔ Clients will be checked at the door with an infrared contactless thermometer
✔ We reserve the right to decline services for any client that exhibits any signs of illness

✔ To arrive on time for your appointment
✔ To maximise social distancing with anyone other than your Therapist
✔ To wear a face mask when coming to the Salon, should you not have one, we will ask you to wear one supplied by us
✘ Do not come to the Salon if you or any person in your household is unwell or is self-isolating
We reserve the right to amend or adjust these guidelines based on government policy and new research to protect the safety of our staff and clients
We have made a business decision to apply a small price increase. This is to reflect the many new changes and processes we have had to implement and it is also to ensure the health of our business in the longer term. Thank you for your understanding.
